If you go to Tuscany to eat well, you won´t get disappointed. I think that especially the Chianti area has more good restaurants per square meter than any other place in the world. You almost can´t get bad food here… And then, if you ad the fantastic wine… For me, when talking about food and wine, this area is close to perfect!
