Fresh and citrusy Chardonnay

 

This Champagne has a lovely, golden color, and it smells and tastes of mature apples and a lot of citrus. It is very fresh, and still has quite a few small bubbles. It drinks very well now, but I believe it would be even better if it got a few more years in the cellar.
