Usually, I prefer to drink wine, but at certain times there is nothing like a cold beer! Especially when the temperature is high, both in the air and on the plate. A beer will chill you down either way.
I can´t pretend that I am a hard-core beer drinker, and I have to admit that I prefer the lighter ones. But I think it is very exciting that there are so many micro-breweries popping up these days, and I love that many of them are ecological. For some reason, I think the beer is so much more exciting when I can´t see through it!
