Georg Breuer, Berg Roseneck 2005

In April, 2013 the sun was shining in Berlin, and we wanted something fresh and tasty to enjoy outside. The Berg Roseneck from 2005 was our choice (the bar at Das Stue also had the 2007 and 2009 on their list), and it was a good one. The wine was still young and fresh, but you cold also feel that it had gotten a few years of storage.

Since this was a pre dinner drink, all we had to eat with it was some snacks. But the Roseneck handled the pistachios, the walnuts, the chili-covered rice crackers and the wasabi nuts. The latter did kill a few of the taste buds in our mouth, but since they were so damn good, we didn´t mind!
